Sienna stands dead center in the Gaiamath television archive, legs strong and slightly apart, arms relaxed, expression completely calm. A complex musical chord has transformed the lower half of her mini-dress into an enormous asymmetric explosion of taut flesh-colored membranes spreading several meters through the room while remaining attached to her hips. Different harmonics have produced different biological structures within the fan: mouths, cartilage ribs, speaker diaphragms, strips of living film, miniature trapped faces, vibrating cavities and unfinished limbs. The largest membrane opening perfectly frames her exposed athletic thighs while a single strange creature crawls through the layered structure toward her—not attacking, but tracing the inner edge of one thigh with a soft listening membrane as though her body were the final resonant surface necessary to complete the composition. The pictorial image still visible on the intact upper dress shows the exact same event happening recursively inside another television studio.
